Products will ship when payment has been received. Your order will ship to the address listed on YOUR RECEIPT. Please make sure it is the correct address. Any differences may delay your order and additional shipping charges may incur to resend.

As with most handmade products, all of our items are made upon receiving your order unless stated “in stock,” so please be patient with us getting your item to you. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you.

If you are in need of your product in less than the time allotted, please let us know when ordering. We can certainly offer a faster delivery service if needed. Please note, there may be a higher shipping rate.

All cushions ship via UPS. Smaller products ship via USPS.

Once your product ships you will receive tracking info via email.

International shipments can take from 2-8 weeks+ depending on location. This includes shipping to Canada. We will ship internationally via USPS. Please allow plenty of extra time to receive your order; items are often held in customs. Also note that Priority International tracking ends when the package leaves the US. There is no tracking available once it enters your country. Thank you for understanding.

ATTENTION NON-US RESIDENTS: Please note that Hearth and Home is not responsible for any duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees charged by other countries at customs. These charges are imposed by the destination country/postal system and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that you may have to pay additional monies to your government/postal system at time of delivery for the import of goods. Crypton Fabric is specially engineered so that every fiber is encapsulated with a patented impenetrable moisture barrier that protects the fabric from spills, keeping stains from setting in the foam of the cushions. The fabric can also be treated with a disinfectant when used in conjunction with their EPA-registered Crypton Disinfectant & Deodorizer. It’s well-known to be one of the very best fabrics on the market; it’s even been used in Buckingham Palace and the White House!

Sunbrella Fabrics, made in South Carolina, come with a 5-year durability and fade-resistant warranty. They are highly UV resistant, holding their color even with lengthy sun exposure.

We recommend spot cleaning all of your upholstery fabric for best results. Use cold water and mild detergent (such as Woolite). Drying is NOT recommended – Air Dry Only.

If you have chosen a Premier Prints fabric, the manufacturer recommends not laundering as it may shrink.

If you do choose to wash your Hearth and Home custom upholstered fabric or item(s), we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during the process. Hand tufted and button tufted cushions cannot have their cover removed for washing.
